Our History

Founded by John and Sue Montague in 1973, JWM Jr. Inc. continues to be a family run business.  Currently brothers Warren and Kevin Montague use over 47 years of industry experience in carrying on the company's mission.

Since 1973 JWM JR. Inc. has approached each home as a unique creation as individual as its owner.  In doing so they have established themselves as one of the premier builders in the Richmond area.  For over 47 years they have forged strong consistent relationships with a group of vendors and subcontractors who share in their attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
